All of it running through Excel, WhatsApp, email and a stack of paper job sheets — an enquiry would arrive by email, get retyped into a sheet, turn into a quote somebody built by hand, and then get assigned to an engineer over a phone call nobody logged.
We built one business management system for the whole chain. Enquiry, quotation, job assignment, engineer updates from site, invoicing, payment. AI handles the repetitive middle: it reads incoming service requests, pulls out the customer and machine details, writes the job summary and sends the customer their update. Management gets a live dashboard — jobs, revenue, payments, and how each engineer is actually doing.
